Das Digitalisieren oder Punching ist die elektronische  Erstellung einer stickbaren Datei in ein für die Stickmaschine verständliches Format.

Irrtümlicherweise wird diese Datei oft auch Stickprogramm genannt. Diese Datei beinhaltet alle Informationen uber die Position der einzelnen Stiche, Stickdichte, Fadenlänge, Farbwechsel, Fadenschnitt und vieles mehr - notwendig für die Erstellung hochqualitativer Stickmotive.

Die Basis ist idealerweise eine Vektordatei in Formaten wie .CDR, .SVG. .AI. usw. Selbstverständlich verarbeiten wir auch alle gängigen Bitmap Formate - eine gute Auflösung und Bildschärfe ist natürlich von Vorteil.

Digitizing - Punching - Embroidery File

Digitizing or punching is the electronic creation of an embroidery file in the required format that can be understood from the embroidery machine used.

This file contains all the information about the position of the individual stitches, stitch-density, thread-length, color change, trimming and much more - necessary for the production of top quality embroidery.

The source is normally a vector file in the formats like .CDR, .SVG. .AI. etc. Naturally all standard bitmap formats can form the basis too - a good resolution  and image definition is an advantage
